The work of Luca Barcellona was recently featured in the February 2013 issue of Juxtapoz magazine. It’s fascinating to see how the traditional work on paper transforms in larger architectural spaces.
I’ve been in Istanbul for the last few days, and am reminded here of calligraphy’s diverse applications, as manifested in both ancient and contemporary Arabic inscriptions.
